What Nexa SMS is
Nexa SMS is an SMS panel and carrier-partnership programme. Partners route inbound verification and OTP traffic through our gateways; we bill it against direct carrier agreements and settle the partner share, usually the same day. There is no reseller layer in between, which is why the rate card starts where most panels stop.
Why we built it
Everyone who has run traffic knows the two failure modes: a rate that quietly drifts down, and a payout that quietly drifts late. We built Nexa SMS so that neither can happen without you seeing it. Every billable message is timestamped and priced on the dashboard the moment it lands, statements are exportable at any time, and the payout queue shows its own position.
Who it is for
Three groups get the most out of the panel: developers who want a clean HTTP/JSON API and signed webhooks; team owners who manage number pools across several destinations; and solo agents who work manually and simply want the highest reliable rate with no minimum commitment. All three run on the same infrastructure and the same rate card.
How we operate
The gateway runs across redundant nodes with automatic failover and independent monitoring, at 99.97% measured uptime. Traffic passes automated quality screening before it is billed, which keeps route reputation — and therefore your rate — stable. Support is genuinely staffed around the clock across email, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.
